Bloopers

I made the trek out to Henderson, Kentucky for a Senior Session with Eva Elliott! It wasn't deathly hot and humid outside like most of my recent sessions, so I was quite thankful not to be sweating during the entire shoot. I unfortunately had to go to the shoot without an assistant again, but Eva's mom Haven was nice enough to help me get horse's ears forward! Eva's rope horse Mighty Mouse was mostly unfazed by my horse noises app, and Haven shaking a plastic bag around, but we managed to get some nice shots with his ears up, and many shots with his tongue out... We did have a bit of a "fail" moment that actually turned into one of the funniest moments of the shoot, and that was the recreation of a photo Eva had seen where a girl was blowing baby powder out of her hands (its a breakaway thing iykyk). We tried it a few times, but mostly the powder just ended up in Eva's face, or hitting the light so that I couldn't see her face through the cloud. It made for a good laugh, and hopefully someday we can attempt it again.

Thank you to the Elliott's for a fun evening, and for choosing me to take Eva's Senior Portraits. :)
